{& WANT TO DO ?
What a big question to be asked in writing – and having to answer it – when you are a responsible adult (who among other things pays his bills and washes his laundry by himself, and has already changed diapers): What do you want to do? For you, for your family at large, for your local community, for your roots, for your country, for your only planet?
For me, it is not easy to answer this question definitively; and yet, believe me, I have never lacked self-esteem, nor collective ambition (versus personal). So, "What do I want to do today?" – Moving forward is a supposed answer, but also a clever way to evade the question. So, humbly, here is where I am at { & WHAT I WANT TO DO today:

Improving my performance as a stock market freelance-investor, which obviously requires constant follow-up stock markets and News, but also continuous training to develop the analytical skills necessary for the trader's activities. In terms of objectives, I want to consolidate my passive stock market income (dividends and distributions).
Expanding my income-earning real-estate portfolio in residential properties (offering long-term rental), in a humane way: that is, by focusing as I have always done so far on a rental quality of rented housing because I am convinced that this formula is a win-win for both tenants and landlords.
Moving forward with my new Marc-Alexandre Gold / La Marque professional project, which will be accessible in due course to marcalexandregold.com.
I want to be able to continue to move forward with the voluntary actions and the social and community implications in which I am already involved. All this, by being able within the CACCS BAIE-D'URFÉ to recruit and mobilize new members to:

Launch and lead a local associative group for Lego® brick adult enthusiasts, but also the organization of related activities for younger fans.

Support the creation of a local associative group for young people and their families, aiming for greater involvement of these families in the municipal debate; all in a format adapted to their daily life constraints.

Support the creation of a local associative group to bring together the German-speaking community to promote German cultures and the German language within the local community.
Also, I want to be more diligent in working to accept a public life by developing My Blog, and this new public web application: Marc-Alexandre Gold / Public Portal, accessible in your favorite browser at marcalexandregold.name.
Regarding Facebook®, and other social media, but also the media in general, I want to be able to find the right balance between private and public life.
Finally, and not least, I want to get involved in Municipal politic because I am convinced that I can contribute to the right direction, for the public interest! BE ABLE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

Moving forward in my various writing projects.
Starting a family (oh, that is my #1, any area of my life combined), and being a present father.
Overcome my fear of falling, and finally be able to skate on the ice.
Building the sustainable and responsible home of my dreams.
Improve my German language practice.
Eventually, change my car from 2013 by a more in quotes said ''eco-responsible''. In short, no stress in this regard, I drive only little, because I do not like it! In addition, my current car is still in excellent condition.

Publicly share a personal interest, my passion for Lego® bricks, my own creations (MOC) and creations of the community of enthusiasts, as well as the ''work-in-progress'' city which unreasonably occupies the largest room of my house, the sets scattered here and there in this same house, and finally the news relating to these bricks. And, as all this is both ''time-consuming'' and ''money-consuming'', I want to do all this on a model self-financed by the direct and indirect revenues of various online tools and social media like YouTube® and Patreon®. In short, I am considering combining a personal interest with a professional-public life.
